5月22日，ST证通（002197）发布公告，公司2021年员工持股计划所持有的780万股股份已全部出售完毕，占公司目前总股本的1.27%。此次股份出售通过大宗交易和集中竞价交易方式进行，标志着该员工持股计划的实施已完全终止。
2025年一季度，ST证通实现收入2.01亿元，归母净利润-672万元。
