新京报贝壳财经讯 5月22日，兆讯传媒公告，拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购总金额不低于人民币1亿元（含），不超过人民币2亿元（含），回购价格不超过人民币14.80元/股。回购股份将用于员工持股计划或者股权激励。回购期限为自董事会审议通过回购股份方案之日起12个月内。
