近日，海港区残疾人联合会开展“发放辅具 温暖助残”活动。残联工作人员走进有辅具需求的残疾人家中送去轮椅，并由残联工作人员为居民讲解轮椅使用方法和注意事项，旨在帮助残疾人改善生活质量，提高生活自理能力，也为残疾人走出家门，融入社会提供方便。
