妈妈家的味道,吃了停不下来的红烧鸡翅的做法
- 将鸡中翅洗净,两面各划两刀
- 将姜切丝、切片,京葱切片,蒜切成蒜末备用。左边的姜丝蒜米用来腌渍鸡翅,右边的用来炒菜。
- 准备5粒冰糖、小葱打结备用
- 将3勺料酒、2勺生抽、1/2勺生粉、姜蒜倒入鸡翅中腌制15-20分钟
- 这是腌渍20分钟的鸡翅
- 将腌渍好的鸡翅放入不粘锅两面煎制金黄

- 起锅烧油,放入葱姜蒜爆香
- 鸡翅放入锅中翻炒几下,加入沒过鸡翅的热水,大火烧开后加入葱结、冰糖、蚝油、1/2勺老抽、1/2勺生抽,转小火炖煮15分钟,然后取出葱结姜片,大火收汁。
