上海银行5月21日公告，公司董事会收到汪明辞呈。因组织工作调动，汪明辞去公司副行长职务。公司董事会审议通过了《关于汪明辞任副行长的议案》，同意汪明辞任公司副行长职务，并自董事会审议通过之日起生效。汪明同时辞去公司总法律顾问职务，并不再担任公司任何职务。
