智通财经APP讯，宏利金融-S(00945)发布公告，计划发行本金金额为5亿加元、利率3.983厘并于2035年5月23日到期的定息╱浮息后偿债券。因应此次发行，宏利计划就其现有暂搁发售章程提交发售章程补充文件。
该等债券直至2030年5月23日的固定利率为3.983厘，其后利率为每日以复利计算的加拿大隔夜回购平均利率加1.32厘。本债券将于2035年5月23日到期。
