金融界5月20日消息，九华旅游拟向包括控股股东文旅集团在内的不超35名特定投资者发行A股股票，文旅集团承诺认购不低于本次实际发行A股股票发行数量的32%，本次发行不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化，发行尚需多项审批。
