格隆汇5月20日｜广东省汕头市住房和城乡建设局发布《汕头市2025年住房发展年度计划》，计划提到：2025年全市住房用地计划161.4公顷，保障性住房用地0.6公顷。2025年全市新增筹集建设保障性租赁住房1000套（以不超过70平方米的小户型为主），发放公共租赁住房补贴2011户。2025年全市计划开工改造城镇老旧小区58个（金平区44，龙湖区7，澄海区7），涉及楼栋数498栋，户数13933户，建筑面积118.92万平方米，预计投资额24028.82万元。
