近年来，陕西省旬邑县创新开展非遗文化传承实践，将“中国民间剪纸之乡”的独特优势转化为教育动能。当地通过开设剪纸艺术讲座、主题班会及师生作品展，以“传统文化+美育实践”的创新模式落实“双减”政策，将库淑兰彩色剪纸非遗技艺融入校园生活，让剪纸技艺在青少年的剪刀下焕发新生。（中国教育报-中国教育新闻网 通讯员 周社根 摄）
