人民财讯5月19日电，合兴包装(002228)5月19日晚间公告，公司拟以5000万元至1亿元回购股份，用于实施员工持股计划或股权激励计划，回购价格不超过4.67元/股。中国建设银行已出具承诺函，承诺为公司回购公司A股股份提供专项贷款支持，贷款金额不超过9000万元，贷款期限最长不超过3年。
