人民财讯5月17日电，5月16日，华润微电子氮化镓亿颗芯片庆典暨外延生产基地通线仪式在大连举行。活动现场，公司举行氮化镓亿颗芯片庆典，庆祝氮化镓芯片成功出货1亿颗。润新微电子外延生产基地从立项到建成仅用9个月，该基地的建成，是华润微电子在氮化镓产线布局上的关键里程碑。
