16日，中国民用航空西北地区管理局在西安向中国航空工业集团民机试飞中心颁发了我国首张审定试飞委任单位代表文书。此后，按照相关规章和程序要求，民机试飞中心将在批准的授权范围内，开展正常类、运输类和限用类飞机的审定试飞、功能和可靠性试飞工作。（新华社）
