白云机场5月16日公告，公司拟与中国免税品(集团)有限责任公司、广州市广百股份有限公司、广州岭南集团控股股份有限公司共同投资设立中免市内免税品(广州)有限公司，运营广州市市内免税店相关业务。新设公司注册资本为4500万元，其中白云机场出资450万元，占新设公司注册资本的10%。
