人民财讯5月16日电，据“乌海银行官网”信息，曹德刚日前以乌海银行党委副书记、代行长身份，赴巴彦淖尔市对接推进“村改支”工作。他原系农业银行包头分行行长。在此之前，乌海银行于去年3月市场化选聘总行行长。
