今日，美团官方公众号发文称，大众点评推出一键投诉功能及全民监督机制，打击“送礼换好评”“充值删差评”等行为。平台通过“AI+人工”多重防线拦截违规评价，2024年拦截60%违规评价，处理290万条争议评价。用户因差评被骚扰可通过问卷、客服电话或App举报。平台数据显示，五一期间，用户投诉“诱导好评”商户近400家，“差评骚扰”商户超700家，经复核，半数商家违规被扣分或警告。
