宜明昂科-B（01541）发布公告，宣布完成H股全流通计划。根据公告，合共1411万股非上市股份2025年5月14日成功转为H股，并将于2025年5月15日上午九时开始在联交所上市。
在转换前，非上市股份为2514万股，占股本的6.17%；转换后，非上市股份减少至1103万股，占股本的2.71%。H股在转换前为3.82亿股，占股本的93.83%；转换后增加至3.96亿股，占股本的97.29%。
