人民财讯5月13日电，亿道信息(001314)5月13日晚间公告，近日，公司取得中国银行深圳布吉支行出具的《贷款承诺函》，中国银行深圳布吉支行承诺向公司提供股票回购专项贷款，贷款金额不超过回购金额上限的90%，贷款期限3年。此前，公司拟回购股份，回购数量不低于150万股且不超过300万股。
