据财政部消息，近日，世界银行执董会按简化程序批准了中国利用世界银行贷款低碳农业和土壤健康提升项目。该项目旨在减少湖北省农业温室气体排放并提高退化农田的生产能力。项目利用国际复兴开发银行贷款1.387亿欧元（约1.5亿美元），贷款期限为25年（含5年宽限期），项目执行期为2025年至2030年。
