5月12日，拓普集团（601689）发布公告，完成对芜湖长鹏汽车零部件有限公司100%股权的收购交割。
根据公告，收购交易的相关事项已在2025年1月7日和3月11日进行过披露。5月12日，芜湖长鹏100%股权过户及工商变更登记手续已完成，本次交易完成交割。同时，公司将芜湖长鹏更名为“芜湖拓普汽车部件有限公司”， 公司持有其100%股权，其成为公司的全资子公司。
2025年一季度，拓普集团实现收入57.68亿元，归母净利润5.65亿元。
