据悉，支付宝于今年4月上线了语音通话功能。该功能无变声效果，确保通话的真实性，且支付宝不会存储通话内容。在通话界面中，用户可以进行开关麦克风、扬声器以及打开小窗等操作，并且对方的真实姓名会在用户昵称下方直接显示。
