中达集团控股（00139）发布公告，本公司欣然宣布，GIBO Holdings Limited（GIBO Holdings）通过De-SPAC 交易与 Bukit Jalil Global Acquisition 1 Ltd （NASDAQ： BUJA）合并后于2025年5月9日成立，并已经在纳斯达克（NASDAQ： GIBO）上市。有关本集团持有GIBO的股权，已经转换成2571.2万股GIBO Holdings股份。
根据GIBO Holdings于2025年5月9日（美国时间）的收盘价每股6.98美元，本集团持有GIBO Holdings的股份市值约为1.79亿美元。本集团投资GIBO股权的收购成本约为0.328亿美元。根据GIBO Holdings于2025年5月9日的收盘价每股6.98 美元，本集团于GIBO的投资将录得未变现溢利约11.4亿港元。
