5月11日，澎湃新闻记者从上海闵行警方获悉，一网约车司机因偷拍和散布他人隐私被行政拘留。经查，王某（男，33岁）从2025年3月起自行在网约车内安装偷拍设备，偷拍女性乘客视频，并配以低俗文字发布在网上用以引流吸粉，侵犯他人隐私且造成恶劣社会影响。目前，王某已被警方依法处以行政拘留。
