5月9日，新晨科技（300542）发布公告，副总经理辛亮因个人原因辞职，辞职后不再担任公司职务。辛亮的任期原定为2023年6月29日至2026年6月28日。
公告指出，辛亮的辞职不会影响公司董事会的正常运作，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
截至公告披露日，辛亮未持有公司股份，且在任职期间未出现未履行承诺的情况。
2025年一季度，新晨科技实现收入1.24亿元，归母净利润-626万元。
