财联社5月9日电，红塔证券(601236.SH)公告称，公司董事长景峰提议使用自有资金通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式回购公司部分人民币普通股（A股）股票，回购价格上限不高于董事会审议通过回购股份方案决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%，回购资金总额不低于1亿元（含），不超过2亿元（含），回购期限自股东会审议通过回购股份方案之日起12个月内。
