5月8日，市北区盐滩改造项目SF1201-57地块建设工程设计方案披露，项目由青岛环海湾明科置业有限公司建设，位于市北区四流南路以东、太康家园以西、中海寰宇时代以南。
项目位于市北区洛阳路片区，项目拟建10栋9-26层住宅，配建邻里坊、文化活动室等配套设施。地块总用地面积约2.86万㎡，总建筑面积117977.45㎡，共735户，容积率2.85，建筑密度29.36%，停车位969个（其中地上96个，地下873个），绿地率30%。
