5月7日，华阳智能（301502）发布公告，公司持股5%以上股东宁波梅山保税港区复星惟盈股权投资基金合伙企业，计划在2025年5月29日至2025年8月28日，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持不超过285万股公司股份，约占公司总股本的5%。
截至本公告披露日，复星惟盈持有公司股份813万股，占公司总股本比例14.25%。
2025年一季度，华阳智能实现收入1.13亿元，归母净利润787万元。
