金鹰品质消费混合型发起式证券投资基金于2025年5月7日发布提示性公告，该基金可能触发基金合同终止情形。
基金合同生效日为2022年5月19日，若2025年5月19日基金资产净值低于2亿元，《基金合同》将自动终止并进入清算程序，无需召开基金份额持有人大会。目前基金自2025年5月6日起已暂停办理申购、定期定额投资、转换转入业务。进入清算程序后将不再开放办理申购、赎回等业务。
