金融界5月6日消息，中化岩土公告称，持有公司股份 250万 股（占公司总股本比例 0.1384%）的董事王浩先生计划在公告之日起 15 个交易日后的 3 个月内以集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过 50万 股（占公司总股本比例 0.0277%），减持原因为个人资金需求，股份来源于公司 2017 年实施的限制性股票激励计划授予股份。
