新京报贝壳财经讯 5月6日，凌钢股份公告，公司计划以不低于5000万元、不超过1亿元资金回购股份，回购价格不超过2.55元/股。本次回购股份将全部用于股权激励等法律法规允许的用途，预计回购股份数量为1960.78万股-3921.56万股，占公司总股本的0.69%-1.37%。回购期限为董事会审议通过后不超过12个月，资金来源为公司自有资金和股票回购专项贷款。
