5月6日，南山铝业（600219）发布公告，控股股东南山集团解除质押其持有的8.64亿股股份。
截至本公告披露日，本次解除质押后，南山集团剩余质押公司股份4.45亿股，占公司总股本的3.83%。
2025年一季度，南山铝业实现收入89.81亿元，归母净利润17.04亿元。
