智通财经APP讯，CHEVALIER INT'L(00025)发布公告，于2025年5月2日(联交所交易时段后)，卖方Macleh (Chevalier) Ltd.(公司间接全资拥有的附属公司)与买方Northam Properties (VI) Inc订立该协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该物业，总代价为加币1365万元。该物业指位于加拿大安大略省斯卡伯勒市帕斯莫尔大道350号的土地和房产，目前受租约和其士租约的约束。
