汇丰控股发布公告，于2017年9月1日加入董事会，并自2017年10月1日起出任集团主席的杜嘉祺爵士已知会董事会，拟于2025年底前退任集团主席职位。
董事会下设提名及企业管治委员会已展开程序，遴选继杜嘉祺之后的下任集团主席。有关程序由高级独立非执行董事高安贤领导。
