智通财经APP讯，中国新消费集团(08275)发布公告，于2025年4月30日，贷款人(公司一间全资附属公司金石信贷有限公司)与借款人(阿仕特朗金融控股有限公司)订立补充贷款协议，据此贷款人与借款人双方同意将贷款融资的本金额由1000万港元增加至1500万港元，为期12个历月。
