一提到意大利面，相信很多人想到的就是Spaghetti，一种断面呈圆形的细长实心面条。实际上，意面种类超300种，还有宽面、水管面、蝴蝶面等造型。意面在和面时不放盐，所以煮面条时一定记得加盐煮，煮好后再加酱料炒或者拌匀，吃起来能保持“al dente”（弹牙）口感。封面新闻记者 王清
