财联社4月29日电，ST永悦(603879.SH)公告称，公司股票将于2025年4月30日停牌一天，2025年5月6日起复牌并撤销其他风险警示，撤销风险警示后，公司股票转出风险警示板交易，日涨跌幅限制由5%变更为10%，撤销后A股简称为永悦科技。公司2023年度否定意见内部控制审计报告所涉及的事项影响已消除，公司内部控制缺陷整改已完成，内控有效运行。
