据报道，美国外卖平台DoorDash拟以27亿英镑（约279亿港元）全资收购英国外卖企业Deliveroo（户戶送）。根据公告，DoorDash提出以每股180便士现金收购Deliveroo全部股权，较其最新收盘价溢价近23%。若正式要约在5月23日前提交，Deliveroo董事会将建议股东接受该方案。据了解，摩根大通担任此次收购财务顾问。（观点网）
