据报道，欧洲央行行长拉加德4月23日表示，比起引发通胀，美国的关税对欧洲而言更可能遏制通胀，不过还需要更多时间来全面评估形势。
拉加德称：“净影响有多大还非常不明确，特别是在欧洲没有决定反制措施的情况下，我认为目前净通胀是不确定的，但其可能会更多地抑制通胀，而非推高通胀。”
