财联社4月22日电，波音公司宣布，已达成最终协议，将其部分数字航空解决方案业务（包括Jeppesen、ForeFlight、AerData和OzRunways资产）出售给软件投资公司Thoma Bravo。这项全现金交易估值为105.5亿美元。该交易预计2025年底完成。
