近日，一则“华山医院前院长张明远因病客死异国他乡”的虚假信息在互联网热传。警方侦查发现，该谣言是某自媒体工作室利用AI工具编造的。发布者到案后称，不仅自己没看过这条发文的具体内容，甚至不知道上海有华山医院。
