4月21日：根据伊犁金融监管分局行政处罚信息公开表披露，中国人寿财产保险股份有限公司伊犁哈萨克自治州中心支公司及其下属特克斯县支公司，因财务和业务数据存在不真实情况，被处以30万元罚款。同时，相关责任人扎世华、马彦因同样原因被监管部门予以警告，并合计处以3.5万元罚款。
