2025年4月21日，南王科技(301355.SZ)公告称，公司董事会近日收到韩春梅的书面辞职报告，韩春梅因个人原因申请辞去公司董事、副总经理等职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
截至本公告披露日，韩春梅女士直接持有公司股份35万股，通过惠安众辉投资中心（有限合伙）间接持有公司股份37.25万股。
