金融界4月18日消息，有投资者在互动平台向茂化实华提问：请问贵公司现在实控人和大股东是茂名港贵公司有改名的打算吗，还有就是请问贵公司实控人茂名港集团下有多少家上市公司。
公司回答表示：公司尚无上述计划。据了解，茂名港旗下上市公司只有茂化实华一家。
