不是国家不允许农田养鱼的嘛，路过去盐城义丰镇这边，看到开垦鱼塘，都没人管，就在村委会边上。
全市很多地方都在积极的复耕，没想到义丰镇还有占用耕地的情况，不知道有没有经过相关部门审批。
