本报锦州4月16日电 (人民网记者汤龙)日前，辽宁锦州市紧急医疗救援中心听障人士呼救小程序上线，助力实现“无声呼救”情况下的精准救援。
小程序通过文字呼救、精准定位等功能，可帮助听障人士在紧急情况下呼救。听障人士或家属还可以建档，突发情况时点击呼救，系统会自动推送定位、档案至调度台。
