With pickleball paddles held like fun-bring wands, 42 teachers and students from Montgomery County Public Schools Maryland are having a blast in Shanghai from April 10th to 14th.
Recently,students from Montgomery County Public Schools are bonding with Shanghai students through a pickleball friendship match in Huangpu District.This event aims to strengthen ties between American and Chinese youth through the fastest-growing sport in the U.S.
These adventurous teens dove headfirst into Chinese culture.They exchanged gifts, tried traditional Chinese paper-cutting, painted on fans, explored ancient architecture in Yuyuan Garden and even got a taste of city's futuristic side at Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, ect.. These American students feel excited during this journey ," it has been amazing, fantastic, and shocking".
4月10日至4月14日，“2025美国青少年匹克球人文交流中国行” 代表团开启为期4天的上海黄浦行。代表团一行沉浸式体验了黄浦的海派氛围，还打卡了中国乒乓球博物馆和“无畏竞技场”电竞中心。
4月13日，中美青少年在外滩金融都市运动中心开展匹克球友谊赛。以球为媒，以心相交，来自不同文化背景的学生们在奔跑与击球之间建立起跨越语言的默契。
