4月13日（报道），四川成都。为鼓励员工积极参与健康运动，成都银河磁体股份有限公司与职工签订减重“对赌协议”，员工达到减肥目标即可获得4000元奖金，若在6个月保持期内反弹就要退还奖金，目前该企业已累计发放奖金近20万元。
