北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）4月14日，北京市住建委发布消息称，北京市住建委近期组织召开了北京市2025年住房保障工作专题部署会。会议明确六项重点工作，其中提到全面完成"十四五"时期建设筹集保障性租赁住房任务40万套（间），全年建设筹集保障性租赁住房5万套（间），竣工各类保障性住房8万套（间）。
