人民财讯4月11日电，财政部办公厅发布关于加强产权交易机构开展金融机构国有产权交易业务管理有关事项的通知。其中提出，非首次挂牌且转让底价低于评估结果的，应进一步审核历次挂牌情况；挂牌价格低于资产评估结果的90%的，应进一步审核相关审批文件。
