4月8日，沙钢股份（002075）发布公告，2024年度利润分配及资本公积金转增股本预案已经董事会审议通过，尚需提交股东大会审议。公司拟定的利润分配方案为每10股派发现金红利0.25元，合计派发现金红利5485万元，此次现金分红后，尚未分配的利润将结转至以后年度。
