财联社4月7日电，国泰君安(601211.SH)公告，公司名称已变更为“国泰海通证券股份有限公司”。原公司以“国泰君安证券股份有限公司”签署的协议、合同继续有效，过往承接的投资银行业务由国泰海通继续执行。同时，海通证券存量客户与业务整体迁移并入国泰海通，海通证券对外签署的协议也由国泰海通继续履行。
